Good Corporate Governance (GCG) serves as the foundation of Bahana Sekuritas' business operations. Its implementation is guided by applicable laws and regulations, as well as the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.
Bahana Sekuritas upholds Good Corporate Governance as the foundation of its business practices. The Corporate Governance Guidelines provide the framework for conducting business ethically, transparently, and accountability, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in support of the Company's vision and mission.

Bahana Sekuritas upholds the AKHLAK core values—Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative—as the foundation for ethical conduct, sound decision-making, and responsible business practices.

The Board Manual sets out the roles, responsibilities, authorities, and working relationship between the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners, supporting the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.
The Compliance and Internal Audit functions form an integral part of the Company's internal control system. They support the Board of Directors in ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and promoting the effective implementation of Good Corporate Governance.

Anti-Fraud System

PT Bahana Sekuritas is committed to implementing zero tolerance for fraud, corruption, bribery, gratuities, and conflicts of interest by upholding the integrity and principles of good corporate governance. This commitment is realized through the implementation of anti-fraud and SMAP-based anti-fraud programs and ISO 37001 which includes prevention, detection, investigation, and follow-up on alleged violations.

IFG Integrated Whistleblowing System

Bahana Sekuritas supports the implementation of Good Corporate Governance through the IFG Integrated Whistleblowing System. The system provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting suspected violations while upholding the principles of objectivity, integrity, and whistleblower protection.
