Reward Referral Program BAHANA SEKURITAS – CMSE 2026
- Program period
This Reward Referral Program is valid on November 5–7, 2026, during the 2026 Capital Market Summit & Expo (CMSE) (“Program Period”). - Program participants
This program applies specifically to new customers who have successfully opened an account through the Bahana DXTrade application directly at the Bahana Sekuritas booth during the program period. - Provisions for new customers (referral recipients)
To be able to join this program, new customers are required to:
a. Selecting the Customer Fund Account (RDN) of Bank CIMB Niaga during the account opening process; and
b. Include the referral code in accordance with the customer's referral code who invites (referral giver) during the registration process. - Terms for Referrals
Customers who invite new prospective customers to open an account (hereinafter referred to as “referral giver”) are required to choose RDN Bank CIMB Niaga. - Mechanisms and forms of gifts
Customers who meet all the terms and conditions of the program are entitled to a prize in the form of a Class G Sharia Likuid Mutual Fund Participation Unit worth Rp. 25,000 (twenty five thousand rupiah) for the opening of the customer's account. In addition, the referral provider is entitled to an additional prize of IDR 25,000 (twenty five thousand rupiah) for each new customer who is successfully referenced. Every new customer who is successfully referenced and fulfills all the program requirements is also entitled to a prize of IDR 25,000 (twenty five thousand rupiah) in the form of the same Mutual Fund Participation Unit. - gift giving time
Prizes in the form of Mutual Fund Participation Units will be processed and credited to the Customer Portfolio no later than 7 (seven) Calendar days since the account opening are declared successful, provided that all data, documents, the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, as well as the requirements for opening the account have been complete and approved in accordance with applicable regulations. - Investment Risk

Before making further transactions on mutual fund products, customers must read and understand the prospectus, fund fact sheet (FFS), as well as other information disclosure documents related to mutual fund products that are prizes in this program. - Prize Terms
Prizes given in this program cannot be cashed, transferred, transferred to other parties, or combined with other promotional programs that are taking place at Bahana DXTrade, unless otherwise specified by PT Bahana Sekuritas. - Prize verification and cancellation
PT Bahana Sekuritas has the right to verify the customer's participation in this program and reject, cancel, or delay the awarding of prizes if there are indications of program abuse, giving incorrect data or information, account duplication, violations of account opening provisions, violations of the company's internal provisions, or other conditions that are contrary to the applicable laws and regulations. - Fees and Taxes
Any fees, taxes, or other obligations arising in connection with the ownership, transaction, or disbursement of the Mutual Fund Participation Unit, if any, shall be the responsibility of the Customer in accordance with the provisions of the Mutual Fund product and the applicable laws and regulations. - Program changes and termination
PT Bahana Sekuritas reserves the right to review, modify, adjust, postpone, or terminate this program with a notification through the official Bahana Sekuritas communication channel. The change or termination does not reduce the rights of customers who have fulfilled all the program requirements before the change or termination takes effect. - approval of the terms and conditions
By participating in this program, the Customer is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions that apply in this Reward Referral Program.
