JAKARTA, 30 October 2025 — PT Bahana Sekuritas together with PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation in the Signing Ceremony event held at the Jasindo Head Office, Jakarta. This signing is a concrete step in strengthening synergy and business development between entities under the auspices of the Indonesia Financial Group Ecosystem (IFG).
Through this collaboration, Bahana Sekuritas and Jasindo present innovative bundling products that integrate investment services and insurance protection for Bahana Sekuritas customers who invest through the Bahana DXTrade application. This collaboration also includes public education initiatives through the establishment of the Bahana Sekuritas Investment Gallery at each Jasindo Representative Office, which will become a channel for financial literacy and education for the wider community.
Director of Operations of PT Bahana Sekuritas, Mr. Suryadi Adipranata, said that this collaboration is an important milestone in strengthening collaboration between entities within IFG.
“Understanding insurance and investment is fundamental in building public financial literacy, in line with the spirit of the month of financial inclusion that is being inflamed. Through the presence of the Investment Gallery at the Jasindo Representative Office and the Joint Education Program, we want to present investment solutions that are closer, accessible, and inclusive for all levels of society. In line with this, the Director of Operations and Plt. Director of Finance and Investment of Asuransi Jasindo, Mr. Ocke Kurniadi, said that the synergy between Jasindo and Bahana Sekuritas is a strategic step in creating added value for customers in both companies.
“Through this collaboration, Jasindo and Bahana Sekuritas not only expand services in their respective fields, but also provide integrated solutions between investment and protection. As a series of Signing Ceremony activities, an Investment Class also held the theme “Smart Investing in Uncertain Market – Strategy to Turn Volatility into Opportunity”, which was brought by Chesty Maryani, Head of Investment Specialist Bahana Sekuritas. This investment class was held hybridly and attended by customers and employees of Jasindo throughout Indonesia.
