Jakarta, October 26, 2026 – PT Bahana Sekuritas (Bahana Sekuritas) confirms that its business operations, including trading activities and client services, continue as normal. Business relationships and services with the Company's partners also remain unaffected. This statement is issued in response to inquiries from clients to ensure that clients and business partners receive accurate information.
The inquiries relate to Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, or OJK) Press Release No. SP 197/OJK/DKPU/X/2026, dated October 21, 2026, which identifies certain sanctioned parties by their initials. Bahana Sekuritas confirms that it is not among the parties subject to sanctions referenced in the press release. As of the date of this announcement, the Company has not received any notification, instruction, directive, or official correspondence from OJK concerning the matter.
