Jakarta, October 14, 2026 – PT Bahana Sekuritas was named among the 100 state-owned enterprises with the best customer service in the Danantara Indonesia CX100 Award 2026, announced in Jakarta on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026. The ranking is based directly on customer assessments of their experience using state-owned enterprise services. The recognition affirms that the firm’s efforts to make capital market services easy for the public to access and use are being felt directly by its clients.

Danantara Indonesia organized the CX100 Award as part of its “Melayani Sepenuh Hati” (Serving Wholeheartedly) commitment to drive service transformation across state-owned enterprises. Companies were assessed using a 3E framework covering Effectiveness, or how accurately services meet customer needs; Ease, or how simple services are to use; and Emotion, or how positively customers feel. Data was collected directly from customers through surveys, interviews, mystery shopping and focus group discussions, overseen by a committee of academics and industry practitioners.
